Perform a Deep Analysis of Win Rates and Pipeline Bottlenecks
You can see the details of your pipeline with the use of stage conversion analysis on the Sales Stage Analysis Dashboard. You can answer questions like how much of the pipeline progressed beyond each stage during a given period. On the same day of this last period, you can also see the percentage of the pipeline that advanced to close from this stage.

How: From the Setup menu, search for Revenue Intelligence. In the Revenue Intelligence setup menu follow the updated setup menu to configure prerequisites and Revenue Insights. Open the Stage Conversion tab from the Sales Stage Analysis dashboard.
Manage Your App Installation and Refreshes in One Place
All of the tasks related to your apps and your apps themselves can now be managed from one place. Reconfigure, view logs, manage app installs, and refresh apps are all available. Additionally, you can quickly determine whether an app was successfully installed and troubleshoot any installation errors after installing it. Previously, these functions were located in different places.

How: From the Setup menu, search for Revenue Intelligence. In the Revenue Intelligence setup menu, installed versions of the Revenue Intelligence display. You can view details about the app installation, including each task’s success or failure; schedule app refreshes, or reinstall the app instantly from the menu.
Generate Permissions for the Integration User
In the Winter '23 update, Salesforce CPQ introduced an integration user to strengthen security measures. This integration allows users to access the external computing service via an ephemeral access token, replacing the previous method that relied on a long-lived refresh token that is no longer stored by Salesforce. Adopting short-lived access tokens significantly increases security.
With the Spring '24 release, the integration becomes seamless for users to leverage. After the initial installation of the Salesforce CPQ package, you can generate the required permission sets and permission set groups, facilitating easy integration and ensuring strong security measures from the start.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic with Salesforce CPQ.
How: In Setup, find and open Installed Packages. Next to the Salesforce CPQ package, click Configure. On the Pricing and Calculation tab, turn on Use Integration User for Calculations, and click Generate Integration Permissions.

How: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Revenue Insights, and then select Revenue Insights Setup.
Enhanced Error Handling for Billing Schedules
With the latest enhancements to Subscription Management in Spring ‘24 Revenue Cloud, a more robust error-handling mechanism has been implemented when you call the Commerce/Invoice/Invoice/Collection/Task/Generate API. Now, if an error condition occurs in the billing schedule, Subscription Management ensures that the next billing date and next charge date remain unchanged. These dates will be updated only when the billing schedule status changes to Ready to Invoice. This update ensures easier handling of billing schedule errors and enhances the reliability of the subscription management process.
Where: This change applies to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with a Subscription Management license. This change also applies to Aura, LWR, and Visualforce sites accessed through Lightning Experience in the same editions.
