Implementology Impact Report 2026
Updated: July 15, 2026
Technology for Good
Supporting Nonprofits Through Salesforce
3 year's of giving back through our expertise, our time, and our people.
Letter from the Founders
When we started Implementology, we wanted to build a company that solved interesting technical problems while creating meaningful relationships with our customers.
As we grew, we realized there were many nonprofits doing incredible work but struggling to get the Salesforce support they needed. Hiring an implementation partner isn't always possible when every dollar is needed for the mission.
That's why we joined Pledge 1%.
Rather than donating software, we chose to donate what we know best—our expertise.
Today, our team contributes 4% of our working hours to helping nonprofits design, implement, and improve Salesforce.
Over the past year we've also learned something important. Lasting impact comes from long-term partnerships, not one-off volunteer projects. That's why we've shifted our focus from helping many organizations for a few hours to becoming a true implementation partner for organizations that need ongoing support.
This report shares what we've achieved together over the past year—and where we're headed next.

Our Journey
From Volunteering to Partnership
In 2023, we started volunteering through Catchafire. Like many volunteers, we helped different nonprofits with individual Salesforce requests. Every project felt rewarding. But after a while we noticed something. Many organizations needed more than answers to technical questions. They needed someone who understood their Salesforce org. Someone they could rely on. Someone who could stay involved.
So this year we changed our approach. Instead of splitting our time across multiple organizations, we committed to becoming a dedicated Salesforce implementation partner for one nonprofit. That decision has allowed us to create much deeper impact.
Story Spotlight
Supporting the Hello Neighbor Team
When we first started working together, our goal wasn't simply to implement Salesforce. It was to become an extension of their team.
Throughout the year we partnered on:
-
Salesforce improvements
-
New functionality
-
User training
-
Process optimization
-
Ongoing advisory
-
Issue resolution
Instead of handing over a project and walking away, we've continued to support them as their needs evolve.
That's exactly the kind of relationship we hope to build with more nonprofits in the future.
Why Salesforce Matters
Many nonprofits receive donated Salesforce licenses.
Far fewer receive the implementation support needed to make those licenses successful.
Technology alone doesn't create impact.
People do.
Our goal is to bridge that gap.
Beyond Technology
Our contribution isn't measured only in hours.
It's measured in:
✔ Staff who feel confident using Salesforce
✔ Processes that save time
✔ Better visibility into fundraising and programs
✔ Teams spending less time managing spreadsheets
✔ Organizations focusing more time on their mission
Looking Ahead
In 2027 we aim to:
-
Continue donating at least 4% of our working hours
-
Support additional nonprofit organizations
-
Publish our first nonprofit implementation guides
-
Mentor more nonprofit Salesforce professionals
-
Expand our volunteer initiatives
Thank You
Thank you to every nonprofit that trusted us. Thank you to every member of our team who donated their expertise. And thank you to everyone working to make the world a little better.
We're proud to play a small part.
